ACTION REPORT – LOSS OF ENTERPRISE

While the Enterprise herself may be lost, the spirit and resolve of her crew remain unbroken. I am proud of every member of this crew, and I am confident that together, they will face whatever challenges lie ahead with the same courage and determination that defined our time aboard the Enterprise.

The next book we are working on is a history of ‘Project Galaxy’, from its inception in the 2340’s through to the early 2400’s. Unlike the titular (and unreplacable) Next Generation Technical Manual, we are more interested in the why rather than the how. Therefore, we plan look at some of the decisions that went into building and deploying the Galaxy Class Starships, from the politics of 100-year long missions into the unknown to the engineering complications around building the largest starships the Federation has ever seen.

Our plan is to go from the very beginning – with the “A New Starfleet” White Paper in 2343 – and follow the path of the Galaxy Project (and the titular Starship) all the way until the end of the 24th century, and possibly beyond! We’re very excited to bring you along on the way!

To celebrate the 30th Anniverary of Star Trek: Generations, we are happy to release this preview section of this project, featuring the Action Report for the loss of USS Enterprise-D over Veridian III.

We will share more of the project as we progress but come join our discord for more Trek worldbuilding like this!
